Forthcoming Attractions
Saumur – October 5th-9th 2026
This Autumn we are returning to where we started, lovely Saumur in the Loire Valley, where we will be staying in the same great boutique hotel.
After a lovely trip to France earlier this year, much enjoyed by all, and with temperatures to match, we are off to Saumur early on Monday October 5th, returning late on Friday 9th.
We will be travelling in our usual coach (with facilities) from Portsmouth to Caen with Brittany Ferries and then staying 4 nights in a lovely 4* boutique hotel in Saumur, the hotel where we first started the wine holidays 10 years ago- and we are now finally allowed back!
The cost of the trip includes coach, ferry, hotel on a B&B basis, either a lunch or dinner daily and various winery visits. At the moment menus are still to be finalised, but I expect the costs to be approximately £1375pp with a single surcharge of £250pp.

Ribera del Duero – Spring 2027
Our Spring 2027 trip will be to Ribera del Duero in Spain from Monday May 24th to Monday May 31st inclusive.
We will be using our usual coach, and travelling on Brittany Ferries via Portsmouth and Santander. I’ve booked a very interesting hotel!
Costs will be in the region of £1650 – £1700, which includes cabins on the ferry.
